** Shipping & Temperature Policy

Our packaging adapts to the season to protect your chocolate. During heat or cold extremes, orders containing chocolate ship Monday to Wednesday only, so they never sit over a weekend in transit. In severe conditions, we may hold these shipments a few extra days.

** Remote Destinations
Complimentary delivery applies to orders of $95 and more across the 10 provinces. For remote or northern destinations where shipping costs are significantly higher, we reserve the right to contact you before shipping to arrange the additional cost, or to offer a full refund if you prefer not to proceed. We will never charge extra without your agreement.
