Single flower honey. The bees forage mokarana blossom, so the notes come entirely from the flowers. Nothing added, no flavourings, no infusions, no syrups.
Natural crystallization may occur over time. It is a sign of purity, never a defect.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. If your honey crystallizes, gently warm the jar in a water bath to bring back its liquid texture.
