Niaouli Honey
Niaouli Honey
The wild breath of the western savannahs.
What You’ll Discover
A bright, aromatic honey with notes of wild herbs and a warm finish that lingers. Bold and characterful, refined rather than shy. Available in two textures.
Liquid. Golden and free-flowing. Drizzle it over grilled fish, whisk it into a vinaigrette, or stir it into a herbal infusion.
Creamy. Dense and velvety, with a slow melt on the palate. Spread it on warm sourdough toast with butter, swirl it into porridge.
Single flower honey. The bees forage niaouli blossom, nothing added, never infused or flavoured.
