Madagascar's Finest
Mangrove Honey
Mangrove Honey
Where the forest meets the tide.
What You’ll Discover
Woody with a delicate saline touch, and a soft, lingering finish. Deep amber in the jar, silky and smooth across the palate, quiet and distinctive. Its gentle salinity makes it a natural with seafood: drizzle it over oysters, brush it onto grilled fish or seared scallops, or roast it with seasonal vegetables.
This honey comes from mangroves, protected coastal areas where the bees forage the blossom and nothing else. Never infused, never flavoured, nothing added. A limited harvest, straight from the hive.
