Two ingredients only: honey and Malagasy chili. No artificial flavourings, no preservatives, no additives.
Natural crystallization may occur over time. It is a sign of purity, never a defect.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. If crystallized, gently warm the jar in a water bath to bring back its liquid texture.
